Savills has entitled this year's Outlook for the German property market: "Everything stays different". What does Savills mean by this? The (real estate) world will, of course, not be entirely different from before once the pandemic is over. However, many things will have changed substantially and forever. Ahead of us lies not a pre-crisis normality but a post-crisis reality.
